Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate journey.
Proactively identify and connect with passive candidates via multiple channels, including online platforms and industry events, to create a diverse and robust talent pool.
Champion initiatives that promote inclusive hiring practices, ensuring our team reflects our values and culture.
Leverage data analytics to monitor recruitment performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and optimize processes to meet hiring objectives. Regularly report findings to hiring partners.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive insights to provide informed advice on recruitment needs and market challenges.
What You Bring to the Team:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle or university recruitment, ideally within a dynamic, high-growth tech setting.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Expertise in utilizing recruitment metrics and data to guide decisions and improve processes.
