Role Overview
As a Technical Sourcer at Nudge, you will:
Identify and source candidates for highly technical roles across the organization, focusing primarily on engineers and scientists.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of role requirements, trade-offs, and hiring priorities.
Translate ambiguous or evolving role definitions into clear and actionable sourcing strategies.
Engage with candidates through thoughtful, personalized outreach, conducting in-depth analyses of profiles to differentiate genuine expertise from superficial experience.
Share valuable market insights and candidate feedback to refine role definitions and enhance the hiring strategy.
Continuously optimize sourcing techniques, tools, and workflows as the company scales.
Candidate Profile
We are on the lookout for technical sourcers at various levels, with a strong preference for candidates possessing a minimum of 3 years of industry experience. Regardless of your level, you should have:
At least 3 years of experience in sourcing highly technical roles, primarily in engineering.
Robust technical knowledge and the capability to swiftly grasp complex systems, technologies, and skill sets.
Exceptional pattern recognition and judgment skills for evaluating candidate signals and identifying outstanding talent.
Proven ability to source for niche or ambiguous roles where the pool of talent is limited.
