Your Role:
We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with a robust engineering background to bolster our team. As we continue to grow from our current size of around 20 individuals, we aim to attract top-tier talent in infrastructure, backend development, AI research, and product management. You will collaborate closely with our founders to devise a strategic approach for sourcing candidates and facilitating a swift, thoughtful hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a comprehensive strategy to identify exceptional candidates in infrastructure, backend, machine learning, and product areas, leveraging insights from industry, academia, and unconventional online platforms.
Establish and nurture candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, community engagement, events, and referrals.
Engage with candidates at a technical level, reviewing their projects, research, and prior work to assess their thought processes.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, including screening, interviews, scheduling, offer negotiations, and candidate onboarding, ensuring consistent follow-through.
Monitor the evolving talent landscape and share insights on sourcing trends, market shifts, and candidate interests.
Enhance Krea's external presence through polished job descriptions, an exceptional candidate experience, and engaging events.
Develop streamlined processes that facilitate smoother hiring as our team expands.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a software engineer with the ability to critically evaluate technical work, including repositories, research papers, and architectural decisions.
Experience successfully recruiting or closing strong technical candidates, whether as a recruiter, engineer, founder, or team builder.
