The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in Technical Project Management and have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering or MEP engineering.Your Responsibilities:Manage a team of external design engineers across various disciplines to successfully execute large campus data center projects.Collaborate with clients, design and construction teams, and vendors.Conduct high-level calculations for mechanical systems.Evaluate data from GIS, FEMA, topographic studies, and surveys to assess site viability for large-scale projects.Draft conceptual systems designs for mechanical cooling and operational sequences for mechanical plants.Analyze CFD (computational fluid dynamics) reports and recommend corrective measures.Translate client design standards into actionable design requirements for external partners.Review and optimize large-campus design packages for cost control, timeline adherence, and compliance with design standards.Qualifications:Proven experience in design management and leading design teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.7+ years of professional engineering experience in mechanical or architectural engineering.Familiarity with designing, constructing, and commissioning large central utility plants.A Professional Engineering license is preferred but not mandatory.
