Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Solutions Engineers to join our Solutions team at Giga. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product, and Core Engineering teams to operationalize AI agents for some of the world’s largest brands. You will lead multifaceted engagements that encompass pre-sales strategy, solution architecture, deployment execution, and long-term customer success.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will leverage your commercial insight and technical expertise to design and implement solutions that deliver significant business outcomes. Your curiosity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills will be crucial in bringing innovative visions to life for renowned brands.
