Role Overview The Implementation Manager leads major customer launches, especially for large and complex accounts. This position drives cross-functional coordination, working with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and key customer stakeholders to deliver projects on time and with impact. The role manages enterprise programs that deepen customer engagement and value on the Hover platform. Responsibilities include connecting strategy to day-to-day execution, refining processes, and setting high standards for customer implementation. As Hover scales insurance account rollouts, this person will bring structure and accountability to high-stakes projects and help define the future of the implementation function. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end implementation for enterprise customers, ensuring alignment with customer goals and schedules (including stakeholder mapping, milestone planning, risk management, and resource allocation). Develop a strong understanding of the Hover platform and product features to communicate value to both end users and executive leaders. Serve as the main point of accountability for all launch deliverables and cross-team initiatives. Facilitate technical and non-technical meetings with customers, internal teams, and external partners. Anticipate and address challenges to keep projects on track and deliver successful outcomes.
