As Chief of Staff, you will assume numerous responsibilities traditionally held by the CEO, raising our operational standards and enhancing company performance. We prioritize character and potential over past accomplishments. While there are no strict experience requirements, we expect candidates to meet most of the listed criteria.
Candidates with backgrounds in venture capital or entrepreneurship may find this role particularly suited to their skills. You should be detail-oriented, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and have an intuitive grasp of talent identification. Your communication skills should enable you to represent the company effectively, reflecting the CEO's vision. A strong aesthetic sense and decision-making capacity based on subjective judgment are also crucial.
