You will take charge of pipeline generation, deal execution, and team development, establishing a high-performance culture and building systems that transform individual contributors into a well-oiled revenue-generating machine.ResponsibilitiesRecruit, onboard, and nurture a team of 5–6 mid-market AEs and BDRs.Drive team pipeline goals, forecast accuracy, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) achievement.Conduct structured deal reviews, coaching reps through discovery, qualification, and closing processes.Develop and maintain a robust outbound engine utilizing OSS community indicators, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) segmentation, and BDR-AE collaboration.Lead a weekly operational rhythm including pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, call coaching, and forecasting discussions.Participate actively in live deals as a player-coach to unblock opportunities and enhance closing rates.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical advantages into compelling messaging for sales representatives.Provide well-structured market and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.Represent LlamaIndex at industry events, enhancing our visibility within the developer and AI ecosystems.
