This role entails enhancing the core user-facing dialer experience—encompassing dialing, task management, configurations, connected views, smart lists, and browser extensions—while ensuring optimal speed and reliability for our sales teams.Your Responsibilities:Develop and maintain essential dialer features utilized daily by sales representatives.Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver polished user experience enhancements.Optimize backend APIs and frontend performance to minimize latency and complexity.Work cross-functionally with Integrations and Voice Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of workflows.Take ownership of dialer experience systems, progressing towards senior leadership within the team.Gain valuable exposure to distributed systems and their integrations.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in SaaS product development.Proficient in modern frontend technologies (React) and backend frameworks (Node/TypeScript, REST APIs).Strong foundation in data modeling and caching solutions (Postgres, Redis).Passionate about user engagement and agile iteration.At Nooks, we offer competitive compensation for eligible positions, including a base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits package.
