The Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE) plays a pivotal role within our Engineering Department. Our TSEs enhance the customer journey and deliver value by acting as trusted technical authorities. You will engage with clients to troubleshoot complex technical challenges, serving as the first line of support for inquiries received through email, Slack, and other support channels. In this position, you will diagnose and resolve customer issues related to the Semgrep product suite, including Semgrep SAST, Supply Chain, and Secrets. This role is highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams, and offers ample opportunities for career advancement in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Location expectations:
This position is hybrid and can be based in either our San Francisco or Denver office.
