What You Will Do Manage the asset-backed securitization transaction program for SoFi Products, including selecting loan pools, optimizing structures, preparing marketing materials, and producing both quantitative and qualitative analyses for internal and external audiences. Work with internal and external counsel to review and negotiate transaction terms from initial discussions through execution. Support and coordinate with internal groups such as credit, legal, engineering, product, treasury, accounting, servicing, and finance. Help prepare communication materials, conduct due diligence, and manage correspondence with investors, lenders, rating agencies, and other external stakeholders. Provide additional support for whole loan sales, securitizations, new product launches, and other financing initiatives as needed.
