This role is hands-on and encompasses the entire recruitment cycle, allowing you to collaborate closely with GTM leadership, gain profound insights into our business, and construct the talent engine fueling Peregrine’s growth.In this position, you will not only fill vacancies but also influence our hiring processes, shape team structures, and elevate the standards for GTM talent throughout the organization.What You’ll DoOversee the complete recruitment process for senior, revenue-critical GTM roles, including candidate sourcing, outreach, evaluation, and offer closure.Act as a strategic talent consultant for GTM leadership, delivering market analysis, competitive intelligence, and advice on role specifications, levels, and hiring strategies.Develop and implement proactive search methodologies, such as market mapping and targeted outreach campaigns, to attract top-tier passive talent in our primary sectors.Proactively generate a robust candidate pipeline by identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional candidates across the GTM organization.Provide a high-touch, premium candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction aligns with Peregrine’s standards and brand identity.Lead cross-functional recruitment initiatives aimed at refining hiring processes, improving interviewer effectiveness, and enhancing data transparency across GTM hiring.Monitor and assess recruitment funnel performance and metrics to guide decisions, pinpoint risks, and keep GTM leaders informed on progress and subsequent actions.Maintain Peregrine’s high standards of excellence by promoting structured interviews, calibration, and consistent evaluation criteria.About You10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in GTM roles.Proven track record in hiring for senior-level positions within fast-paced environments.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to inform hiring decisions.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders alike.
