About The Role
We are searching for a passionate Growth Product Manager to drive the next stage of Alchemy's expansion. This role is high-impact and offers significant autonomy at the crossroads of product development, engineering, and market strategies. With our innovative AI agent platform, we enable autonomous software to create wallets and process API payments in real-time, paving the way for a new category of users to acquire, activate, and retain.
You will provide clarity in ambiguous situations, act swiftly, and create solutions that yield compounded results. You will have complete ownership of the growth strategy, experimentation processes, and performance metrics. Additionally, you will have direct access to leadership, high visibility across the organization, and the resources necessary to achieve meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the entire growth funnel — establish the strategy, set the metrics, and drive acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion on our developer platform.
- Identify and build mechanisms that transform excellent developer experiences into organic growth through referrals, word-of-mouth, community engagement, and virality.
- Instrument the product deeply to analyze developer conversion points, drop-off locations, and key performance drivers.
- Implement a rapid experimentation program featuring quick A/B tests, clear hypotheses, and a relentless pursuit of effective strategies.
- Uncover new growth avenues: SEO, lifecycle management, partnerships, and product-led growth initiatives, determining which approaches yield the fastest returns at scale.
- Explore entirely new growth opportunities by recognizing AI agents as primary users of developer platforms, and develop strategies to effectively acquire, activate, and retain these users.
