We are looking for a Senior People Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders across Design, Operations, Product, and Engineering. This pivotal role is essential for evolving our people strategy in tandem with our business as we scale. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape organizational design, enhance leadership effectiveness, and integrate robust performance and change practices across teams — holding significant influence and a consistent seat at the decision-making table.
Your Contributions
As a strategic advisor to senior leaders across various departments, you will help navigate complexities, facilitate high-quality people decisions, and cultivate healthy, high-performing teams. Your role will involve diagnosing root causes, resolving ambiguous issues, and clarifying areas where expectations, roles, or workflows are not perfectly aligned. You will enhance leadership capabilities, improve decision-making processes, and anticipate the people implications of changes before they arise. This includes coaching managers, addressing performance challenges with precision, and guiding teams through transitional phases. Ultimately, your goal will be to assist leaders in creating sustainable systems rather than temporary fixes.
In practice, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with executives on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and strategic people decisions
- Diagnosing team and organizational challenges, and recommending actionable, systems-level solutions
- Coaching leaders and managers through performance, development, and difficult conversations
- Leading change management initiatives for organizational, strategy, and operating model transitions
- Enhancing cross-functional alignment across Design, Operations, Product, and Engineering
