Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join our innovative Design team—a diverse group shaping Brex's visual identity across all customer interactions. In this role, you will take the lead in defining how motion enhances our brand and product representation. You will create polished product demonstrations, engaging UI animations, and captivating brand campaigns that deliver clarity, energy, and emotional impact to our platform. Your contributions will include launch videos, feature walkthroughs, educational content, and social media assets, all designed to establish a distinctive motion language unique to Brex.
This is a collaborative position, where you will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to ensure our motion storytelling is strategic, cohesive, and impactful.
Work Environment
This position is based in our offices located in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City. We embrace a hybrid work model that blends the synergy of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require team members to be in the office three days per week—Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of paid time off per year.
