In this role, you will:Lead the comprehensive implementation of credit and fraud policies across all Earnest product lines, ensuring precise testing, deployment, and validation to align with policy objectives.Enhance and refine credit underwriting and fraud prevention strategies for personal loans, focusing on the balance between growth, risk, and customer experience.Evaluate portfolio performance and analyze approval funnels and fraud trends to uncover opportunities for strategy improvement and loss reduction.Create, test, and implement decision rules, segmentation strategies, and policy modifications using data-driven experimentation techniques.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations to ensure the effective execution and monitoring of strategies.Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and monitoring frameworks to track essential credit and fraud KPIs, including approval rates, losses, and fraud rates.Support governance of models and strategies through documentation, controls, and performance assessments.
