We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our esteemed Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team at West Monroe. Our award-winning Sell-Side Advisory (SSA) consultants excel in exit readiness, guiding organizations through the strategic and operational nuances that influence recapitalization, financing, or transitions to strategic and financial purchasers.
Our approach utilizes the expertise of seasoned entrepreneurs, operators, and deal professionals to proactively seize opportunities while managing risks. You will provide targeted coaching for management teams and collaborate with investment banks to enhance narratives regarding technology and operations.
In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our national M&A practice, primarily supporting portfolio companies of venture capital and private equity firms. You will lead operational and technology assessments during due diligence and facilitate exit readiness exercises for company leadership and their investors.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to shaping our culture, engaging in the entrepreneurial journey of expanding our services, including strategy formulation, recruitment, team development, and practice enhancement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Transaction Services teams to support clients across various industries, demonstrating executive presence with C-suite executives and private equity teams.
- Engage with stakeholders involved in the sell-side process, including advisors, investment banks, private equity or corporate owners, and C-level executives.
- Confidently coach client executives on articulating the value derived from technology and operations and navigating complex diligence topics.
- Facilitate sell-side due diligence projects focusing on operational and technology strategy, organizational structures, and current business processes and supporting technology.
- Mitigate risks in exit processes through diligent efforts and strategies for critical issue remediation.
- Identify strategic opportunities and quantify potential areas for value creation.
- Guide engagement teams on transaction advisory, ensuring excellence in delivery.
