About the Role
Loop is in search of a dynamic and strategic People Operations leader to collaborate closely with the founders and senior leadership in creating a premier workplace experience. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will guide our People Operations team and play a pivotal role in designing HR systems, policies, and programs that facilitate our rapid growth.
This key position is crucial for our expansion phase. You will be instrumental in merging HR practices across newly acquired entities, ensuring that employees feel supported and unified as we progress together. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, adeptly navigate complex organizational changes, and eagerly build a scalable people infrastructure from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the People Operations team to fulfill business objectives and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals during periods of rapid growth.
- Oversee the integration of HR policies and practices following mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions for employees.
- Collaborate with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and oversee recruitment processes.
- Advise executives on HR-related issues including employee relations, performance management, and organizational structure.
- Enhance employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Establish scalable processes and systems that support growth.
