What you will do Lead growth-focused engineering projects from start to finish, including scoping and deployment Build frontend and backend features for conversion flows, landing pages, and in-product experiences Iterate quickly based on user feedback and observed results Collaborate closely with the Head of Product Growth, data, and growth engineering teams Coordinate with the core engineering team as needed What you will not do Work on top-of-funnel initiatives such as branding, SEO content, or broad marketing sites (these are handled by the Marketing team) Requirements Proven experience as a full-stack engineer, comfortable working across the stack Ability to take ownership of ambitious projects without waiting for a project manager to break down tasks Enjoys a high-output individual contributor role Based in the Americas (UTC-3 to UTC-10) Location This is a remote position for candidates based in the Americas time zones (UTC-3 to UTC-10).
