The Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the essential technical liaison between our Account Executives and potential clients. Your role is pivotal in helping them understand, adopt, and thrive with our AI solutions. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and sales prowess to effectively showcase value, establish trust, and expedite deal closures.
You will advocate for our customers, translating their requirements into innovative solutions and delivering crucial insights to our product and engineering teams. You will demonstrate how our state-of-the-art AI can revolutionize compliance operations, engaging with both CTOs and Chief Compliance Officers.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and deliver impactful, personalized demos aligned with the specific needs of our prospects.
- Create proof-of-concepts and prototypes that illustrate how our AI agents can address our customers’ most urgent challenges.
- Articulate our technical solutions to both business and technical stakeholders in a compelling manner.
- Effectively address technical objections, including inquiries regarding integration, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to relay field feedback and shape our product roadmap.
- Contribute to the creation of sales enablement resources, demo environments, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our sales engineering team.
What We’re Looking For

- A robust technical background in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex AI concepts into clear business value.
- Proven ability to confidently manage technical discussions and overcome objections.
