About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in building our sales pipeline and shaping our outbound go-to-market strategy.
This foundational role places you on the front lines, engaging daily with founders, engineers, and security experts.
Ideal candidates fall into one of two categories:
Early-career SDRs with approximately one year of experience eager to fast-track their development in a dynamic GTM team.
Highly motivated newcomers (including recent graduates) with competitive backgrounds keen to establish a strong foundation in tech sales within a demanding environment.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our founders and early GTM team to:
Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
Gain a thorough understanding of Infisical’s offerings, customer challenges, and use cases.
Experiment with messaging, channels, and ideal customer profiles to identify scalable strategies.
Deliver actionable feedback from the market to refine our sales approach and positioning.
