This opportunity is specifically for our weekend shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineers and technicians to operate and monitor various chemical processes, including precipitation, filtration, ion exchange, and membrane concentration.Safely manage chemicals, raw materials, and waste streams in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines.Support sampling, conduct quality checks, and perform basic laboratory measurements.Assist in the design, installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment and processes.Take responsibility for maintaining plant cleanliness and organization, ensuring that workspaces, tools, and equipment are well-kept and ready for operations.Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and basic mechanical repairs; document findings and actions within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Create and maintain operational documents including procedures, experimental records, and shift reports.
