Join Our Team
The Product Management team is responsible for Decagon’s foundational platform features, including agent building, evaluation, analytics, testing, experimentation, versioning, integrations, and enterprise controls. We collaborate across customer segments and partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
As one of our pioneering Product Managers, you will play a vital role in establishing the product foundation that supports our customers in building and managing their AI agents. You will oversee initiatives from inception through launch and adoption, refining the product experience for some of the world’s most significant businesses.
Role Overview
Voice communication is the most intuitive way for individuals to interact. It is faster than typing, conveys deeper emotions and context, and integrates seamlessly into daily life. For businesses, voice represents a critical component of an effective omni-channel customer experience strategy.
In this position, you will serve as the product owner for Decagon’s AI-driven voice agent. Your mission will be to deliver human-like voice performance across multiple use cases, including cost-efficient frontline support and proactive engagement for onboarding, retention, and promotional efforts.
