Your Role as a Group Product Manager Identify and prioritize enhancements throughout the acquisition journey, including website optimization, SEO, signup processes (individual and team), onboarding, activation, and referral mechanisms. Boost virality by developing referral incentives, shareable AI outputs, and other engaging loops to organically attract new users. Implement impactful website experiments (messaging, information architecture, conversion rate optimization) to enhance visit-to-signup conversion rates. Collaborate with Brand, Product, and Demand Generation teams to maintain consistent storytelling and acquisition messaging across all platforms. Design intuitive onboarding flows that guide new users to their first “aha” moment in mere minutes. Create AI-driven activation experiences (e.g., auto drafts, personalized labels) that showcase immediate value. Develop contextual in-product guidance, tooltips, nudges, and walkthroughs to facilitate user activation with minimal friction. Conduct rapid A/B tests on onboarding, feature education, and various user experiences.
