Role overview This position sits at the intersection of engineering and product management. The Product Solutions Engineer works closely with product managers, engineers, and operations to ensure that solutions address real-world needs and are delivered efficiently. The role involves translating customer feedback into actionable requirements, managing risks, and supporting ongoing process improvements. What you will do Define and prioritize product requirements with product managers and engineers, balancing user needs and technical feasibility. Gather, document, and communicate client requirements using agreed formats and priority indicators. Identify and manage risks and dependencies across teams, advocate for effective solutions, and help drive execution. Design and implement testing strategies to ensure quality and performance of new features. Document technical specifications and keep stakeholders updated throughout the development process. Support ongoing improvements to development processes and tools, encouraging innovation and adaptability. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending product enhancements as appropriate. Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed. Deliver training and education to clients on Ready’s software tools. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to optimize AI use, identify blockers, and improve workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field. 2-3 years of engineering experience. Understanding of Agile development and experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
