Role Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Product Engineer who is eager to take ownership, exert leverage, and make a meaningful impact. You have a track record of delivering significant products and systems, and you are comfortable taking responsibility for results beyond mere execution.
You are passionate about product quality, system architecture, and user experience, and you want your decisions to influence the trajectory of our developments. You thrive in ambiguous environments, are energized by undefined challenges, and proactively clarify objectives, explore limitations, and drive towards solid solutions. With the autonomy to make technical and product trade-offs, you also serve as a mentor to others through your actions.
Enjoying the entire stack and collaborating across disciplines, you fluidly navigate backend systems, frontend interfaces, and product strategies. You are committed to helping define how our products are built, rather than simply executing tasks.
This role is ideal for someone seeking to act as a force multiplier rather than someone preferring a narrow scope or rigid processes.
Your Responsibilities
You will manage complex, high-impact product initiatives from inception to execution and iteration.
Your key tasks will include:
Spearheading the design and implementation of user-facing features across both frontend and backend utilizing TypeScript, React, Tailwind, and Postgres.
Translating nebulous product goals into structured technical plans and actionable results.
Collaborating closely with product and design teams to influence roadmap decisions and execution strategies.
Engaging directly with users to gain insights into workflows, pain points, and potential opportunities.
Facilitating rapid iteration cycles through user feedback, data analysis, and direct product interaction.
Elevating the quality standards through meticulous system design, testing, and code review.
Identifying and rectifying structural challenges that hinder team efficiency or compromise product quality.
