We have offices in San Francisco’s Mission District, New York’s SoHo neighborhood, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.The RoleWe are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Data Platform to take charge of our data platform as a product and to establish a comprehensive long-term data strategy across our organization. This pivotal role exists at the crossroads of product management, engineering, machine learning, and data, and entails complete responsibility for the ingestion, storage, querying, and usability of data across various domains.Your responsibilities will extend beyond merely constructing a robust data platform. You must grasp how data serves as a strategic lever in healthcare, directly enhancing clinical workflows, improving customer outcomes, and bolstering machine learning capabilities. Success in this position requires a profound empathy for healthcare use cases and the ability to correlate platform choices with tangible product and customer results.This is a senior, hands-on product management position that requires a strategic thinker who remains closely involved with technical execution. You'll need to balance the pace of rapid experimentation and developer efficiency with the reliability, performance, and scalability integral to a foundational data platform.The data platform is fundamental to nearly every product we develop.
