About the Team:
The Tax Platform is a vital component of Gusto's ecosystem. The Tax Platform team oversees the fundamental systems responsible for calculating, tracking, paying, reconciling, and filing tax liabilities for over 400,000 small businesses. These systems are crucial in ensuring compliance, managing financial transactions, and building customer trust. The Tax Platform offers shared capabilities utilized across Tax, Compliance, and R&D teams.
