Key responsibilities Build automated, multi-channel workflows using email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS, tailored to member behavior and lifecycle stage. Advance campaign automation and personalization by applying performance data to shape both evergreen and ad-hoc marketing efforts. Manage an experimentation roadmap to maximize conversion and revenue, leveraging advanced testing tools. Collaborate with Product Marketing, Data, and Design to develop marketing strategies aligned with Home Equity business objectives. Partner with Marketing Tech Operations to support technical execution and encourage the use of AI-driven insights for deeper personalization. Create educational content and personalized communications to help members understand the lending process.
