Faherty Brand is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its Chestnut Street store in San Francisco. This position works closely with the leadership team to maintain company standards and foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects Faherty Brand’s values. The Sales Lead plays an active role on the sales floor, supports team morale, and uses business insights to drive performance across multiple areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Support store leadership in upholding company standards and building a positive team culture.
- Deliver immediate, constructive feedback to team members to encourage growth and inclusivity.
- Use planning and time management skills to ensure smooth store operations.
- Represent Faherty Brand values in all guest and team interactions.
Sales
- Create an in-store atmosphere that reflects the brand’s focus on Spreading Good Vibes.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Client Engagement
- Lead personalized outreach to clients and maintain up-to-date client information.
- Track product feedback and help plan engaging in-store events.
Performance and Results
- Review key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply business tools and insights to achieve store goals.
Operational Support
- Oversee cash management, including register operations and bank deposits.
- Maximize efficiency by using resources effectively.
- Work with leadership on monthly supply orders.
Store Assessment Preparation
- Prepare the store and team for monthly assessments.
- Communicate successes and areas for improvement to the Store Leader.
Visual Merchandising
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and register area.
- Promote the brand through effective visual merchandising.
- Assist with seasonal floor moves and new merchandise rollouts.
