Faherty Brand seeks a part-time Sales Associate for the Chestnut St store in San Francisco. This position focuses on building genuine connections with customers, sharing knowledge about Faherty’s products, and supporting the company’s commitment to sustainable fashion. Sales Associates play a key role in shaping the in-store experience through authentic interactions and a strong understanding of the brand’s offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers through real conversation and product storytelling.
- Develop expertise in Faherty’s product line and sustainability principles.
- Support both in-store and online shopping, demonstrating comfort with omnichannel retail.
- Use retail technology and applications confidently.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members.
- Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals within a retail environment.
- Advocate for a brand with purpose and sustainable business practices.
Preferred experience
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially with high-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands.
Physical requirements
- Available to work during business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, or move at least 40 lbs.
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving throughout the store, and standing for extended periods.
