About the Role

As our first Operations Associate, you will closely collaborate with the entire team, including founders, product engineers, operations, and customer support, to ensure our customers derive immediate value and achieve success with our solutions. Think of yourself as the 'conductor' of customer interactions, adeptly coordinating between clients and the Vooma team to resolve issues and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Objectives of the Role
Manage the entire client relationship lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, onboarding, account configuration, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to drive continuous value from Vooma's products and services.
Create and implement customer success strategies and best practices that expedite the customer's journey to value with our product.
