This position is responsible for crafting and executing technical enablement experiences that uphold a repeatable adoption framework—fostering sustained engagement, broadening usage, and delivering measurable business outcomes across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and our API. This entails assisting customers in understanding and effectively applying deployment harnesses, evaluation layers, and operational controls essential for reliable utilization.This position combines strong technical fluency, instructional design expertise, and customer advisory skills.
