Role Overview: Office Manager (Contract)
This contract Office Manager role is based in San Francisco and requires in-office presence five days a week during standard business hours. The position runs for one year, with the possibility of extension or conversion. The Office Manager will support daily operations, maintain a welcoming workspace, and help shape the office culture. The role combines hospitality, organization, and hands-on problem solving to keep the office running smoothly for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the San Francisco office and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Act as the main point of contact for workplace questions and requests.
- Manage office supplies: order, stock, and organize as needed.
- Coordinate deliveries and handle packaging recycling and disposal.
- Maintain shared spaces, including kitchens, snack areas, and meeting rooms.
- Administer room bookings and ensure meeting setups are ready and meet requirements.
- Submit and track facilities requests, resolving day-to-day office issues as they arise.
