The Role
The Manager of Talent Operations is vital to our recruitment success. We seek an individual who is enthusiastic about developing the infrastructure that enables our recruiting team to excel.
As our organization scales rapidly, growing threefold year over year, we require an operational leader capable of creating the systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms necessary for this growth. This analytical position is central to all activities undertaken by our recruitment team: you will manage our technology stack, establish and uphold data standards, supervise our supporting and coordinating team, and generate insightful reports that inform leadership about our successes and areas for improvement. You will be the driving force that brings clarity to uncertainty, builds systems that can thrive independently of your direct involvement, and maintains high standards across the entire talent operations function.
