About The Role
We are in search of a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to define, implement, and oversee lifecycle marketing initiatives designed to enhance engagement, retention, and value throughout the creator's journey. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy that connects VSCO’s various products (including VSCO Capture, VSCO Photo Editor, and VSCO Workspace), guiding creators from photography enthusiasts to professionals.
This role encompasses strategic planning, hands-on execution, and collaboration with agency partners. You will work closely with Product, Creative, UX Design, and Growth teams to create seamless experiences that educate, inspire, and engage our global photography community.
The Day to Day
- Develop and implement VSCO’s lifecycle strategy across email, in-app interfaces, and other owned channels.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns involving planning, segmentation, copywriting, quality assurance, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Maintain lifecycle content calendars and evergreen nurture campaigns across VSCO’s product landscape, ensuring timely and targeted communication throughout the customer journey.
- Utilize insights, data, and experimentation to continually refine messaging, enhance engagement, and boost conversion and retention metrics.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, frameworks, and best practices to elevate lifecycle marketing standards.
