The Role
We are establishing a pivotal Strategy & Operations team that will be the backbone of our organization. This team will oversee the systems, processes, and analyses that empower our executive leadership, account teams, and sales teams to thrive as we grow.
We are looking to hire multiple team members, organized around three key areas: GTM Strategy & Enablement, Post-Sales Strategy & Operations, and Executive Planning & Analytics.
What You’ll Do
GTM Strategy & Enablement
- Create ROI dashboards and sales enablement tools.
- Define target customer segments and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead decisions on pricing and packaging.
- Develop partnerships and referral programs.
Post-Sales Strategy & Operations
- Establish account dashboards and performance metrics.
- Design the account planning framework.
- Set cross-sell targets and incentive structures.
- Develop ROI reporting to enhance retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive cross-selling initiatives.
Executive Planning & Analytics
- Create and manage executive KPI dashboards.
- Establish performance targets and monitor outcomes.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and investor presentations.
- Lead special projects and conduct ad hoc analyses.
