As we experience rapid growth, we seek a seasoned digital marketing leader to establish our Digital Marketing Studio from the ground up.This role encompasses our entire digital presence. You will oversee all aspects including paid advertising, website management, SEO/AEO/GEO, lifecycle marketing, operations, analytics, and future innovations. You will establish a centralized studio that collaborates with field marketing, product marketing, communications, and agency partners to implement integrated regional and segment campaigns on a large scale. This role combines in-house consultancy with execution capabilities.Initially, you will engage in hands-on work, then scale by hiring and systematizing processes. This is not a role for someone looking to follow traditional marketing technology playbooks. We are eager for a candidate who is inspired by the future of digital marketing, including AI-driven workflows, new tools, accelerated experimentation, enhanced personalization, and tangible impacts on our pipeline and branding.What You Will DoEstablish Peregrine’s Digital Studio from the ground up, including operating models, processes, SLAs, and reporting structures.Manage all digital channels: paid acquisition, website and conversion optimization, SEO/AEO/GEO strategies, email and CRM management, marketing operations, and performance measurement.Collaborate closely with field marketing, product marketing, event coordination, communications, and design teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across diverse regions and target audiences.Implement a robust experimentation framework, establishing clear hypotheses, conducting swift tests, and ensuring learnings are integrated into future strategies.Develop reliable channel reporting that leadership values and utilizes regularly.Recruit and lead a high-performing team, beginning with approximately three members, and scale the function over time.What You Will BringExtensive experience in digital marketing, particularly in a high-growth B2B or B2G environment.A proven history of building and leading successful teams.
