Position Overview:
We are in search of a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Technical Sourcer to enhance our Engineering team by establishing robust outbound talent pipelines.
This role is perfect for individuals at the start of their career who aspire to excel in recruiting through exceptional sourcing and outbound talent discovery.

Your Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing (~80%)
- Identify and proactively source top-tier candidates for Technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design).
- Develop and sustain effective outbound pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and sourcing tools.
- Conduct research on target companies and candidate profiles to pinpoint high-quality talent.
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages, refining messaging based on response rates.
- Monitor sourcing activities, response metrics, and pipeline statistics.
Recruiting Support (~20%)
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Assist with resume evaluations and early candidate screenings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the ATS.
- Ensure a professional and thoughtful candidate experience.
