Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Junior Social Media Associate to become an integral part of our San Francisco team. You will partner with the Creator Relations Specialist to facilitate content operations, execute campaigns, and foster community engagement across a variety of social media platforms.
This role is perfect for an individual who is enthusiastic about social media, eager to learn, and ready to collaborate on exciting campaigns that resonate with millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Creator Relations Specialist to implement social media campaigns in conjunction with influencer and creator collaborations.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Engage with our community by monitoring, commenting, and posting on social media channels daily.
Organize and evaluate creator deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
Analyze content performance metrics and assist in preparing reports for internal stakeholders.
Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to our campaigns.
Provide administrative and coordination support for creator partnerships, events, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields (internships and academic projects are acceptable).
Proficient understanding of major social media platforms and their content styles, particularly TikTok and Instagram.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
