We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales and business development team at Uncountable. With an ever-growing number of startups emerging, this is an exciting opportunity to engage with a large pool of potential customers. You will play a key role in managing inbound interest and strategically pursuing warm leads. This position offers the chance to collaborate across various teams and significantly contribute to both our product development and team dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective outbound campaigns through various channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Present compelling sales pitches to prospective clients both virtually and in person.
- Conduct engaging demonstrations of Uncountable's web platform.
- Create comprehensive proposals and manage negotiations with clients.
- Coordinate sales initiatives to ensure Uncountable consistently showcases its best offerings.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in software or a related sales role.
- A strong individual contributor who excels in collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and engage proactively.
- Availability to travel approximately 15% of the time.
- Flexibility to take morning calls with clients on the East Coast and in Europe.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
- Background in selling technical products.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales techniques.
- Knowledge in chemistry, materials science, or statistics.
- A passion for technology, chemistry, or material science.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Base, $140,000 - $200,000 OTE + Equity
