This role is perfect for engineers looking to engage directly with users, take ownership of end-to-end outcomes, and pioneer new categories of enterprise software.Key Responsibilities:Develop impactful applications and tools that drive OpenAI’s go-to-market initiatives.Oversee the entire product lifecycle for GTM: prototype, iterate, deploy, and maintain.Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Revenue Operations to identify user needs and create tailored solutions.Utilize OpenAI’s models in innovative ways to address real-world customer and internal workflow challenges.Convert insights gained from user interactions into actionable feedback for our Applied and Research teams to guide product development.Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years of experience as a software/ML/product engineer working on user-facing systems.Experience as a founder or early engineer at a startup who has built a product from the ground up is highly desirable.Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and a strong capability in building full-stack applications.Experience building or prototyping LLM-powered workflows using the OpenAI API (or similar technologies).Demonstrated initiative, quick decision-making, and a profound sense of ownership.A passion for collaborating closely with end users to deliver exceptional solutions.
