Your Mission
As the inaugural HR Manager at HockeyStack, you will spearhead the professionalization of our people operations while nurturing the core values that have driven our success. Your role will entail establishing a robust HR infrastructure that facilitates rapid scaling with precision and care, evolving informal processes into systematic excellence without compromising our founder-led momentum.
You will serve as the architect of our people systems, coaching our managers and safeguarding our culture. This role is a blend of builder and operator: you will design frameworks from the ground up, train managers in leadership development, manage sensitive employee situations with poise, and ensure compliance as we expand.
Your mission is not to slow our progress; you will work closely with our Head of Finance to transition HR ownership, establish accountability frameworks, and create an infrastructure that makes HockeyStack a premier workplace at scale.
