About the Role
We are eager to welcome an experienced and resourceful People Generalist to aid in scaling and supporting our ever-growing corporate team. This high-impact position offers extensive involvement throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, offboarding, and more. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to support essential initiatives that foster engagement, enhance performance, and drive business success. This is a pivotal role for someone who excels at the intersection of culture and strategy and is eager to enhance the employee experience across diverse cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across all corporate functions; guide managers on organizational design, team dynamics, performance management, and employee relations.
- Employee Experience: Take ownership of and continually enhance the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an inclusive and smooth experience.
- Performance & Development: Facilitate goal-setting cycles, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives; collaborate with leadership to cultivate high-performing and motivated teams.
- People Programs: Drive the implementation of various people programs that promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
