As our inaugural people leader, you will transition our HR function from foundational to strategic. You will oversee all aspects of performance management, compensation frameworks, employee relations, and cultural initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with leadership on all people-related decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and lead our comprehensive people strategy, including performance management, compensation, employee development, and cultural enhancement.
Collaborate with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
Enhance our HR infrastructure by refining policies, ensuring compliance, and optimizing benefits programs.
Create and implement performance management frameworks encompassing goal-setting, reviews, promotion cycles, and career development.
Lead the compensation strategy by maintaining equitable pay structures, managing equity grants, and conducting market analysis.
Drive engagement and cultural initiatives, including team-building events, defining company values, and implementing DEI programs.
Manage employee relations by coaching managers on handling difficult conversations, resolving conflicts, and addressing sensitive situations.
Establish manager enablement programs to foster leadership development.
