The Role
As our inaugural GTM Sales Development Engineer, you will act as the technical co-pilot for the Sales Development team, responsible for the setup, optimization, and enablement within the Nooks platform. You will convert new product launches into scalable workflows and playbooks for both our internal teams and external clients.
Your primary focus will be on enhancing pipeline generation efficiency, directly reporting to the Head of Sales Development while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Enablement teams. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in high-performing sales development environments, possess strong technical skills, and excel at innovative problem-solving.
You will be tasked with designing, building, and enabling teams to optimize our tech stack, accelerating pipeline velocity and boosting overall efficiency. This is a high-impact, visible opportunity for someone passionate about constructing systems, enforcing operational excellence, and directly impacting revenue in a fast-paced startup setting.
Note: This position requires commuting to our San Francisco office three times a week to support a collaborative cross-functional culture.
