The Role:
In the position of GTM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within Zyphra's Go-To-Market (GTM) team, tasked with the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of AI-driven systems that fuel our market strategy. This is not your typical sales, sales operations, or revenue operations position. You will leverage your extensive GTM domain knowledge and hands-on expertise with modern AI technologies to create infrastructure that delivers sustainable commercial advantages.
Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in GTM activities, including outbound strategy, customer segmentation, messaging, and business development, along with a proven track record of developing practical applications using AI tools. You possess the insight to identify areas of manual labor and the skills to automate them effectively.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Creating and implementing comprehensive AI-powered GTM workflows that encompass prospecting, outreach, enrichment, qualification, and pipeline management.
Developing and maintaining the GTM technology stack, utilizing tools such as Clay, n8n, HubSpot, and custom integrations, while architecting the systems that interconnect them.
Crafting and refining customer segmentation models, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) scoring frameworks, and signal-based targeting systems with the aid of enrichment data and AI.
Rapidly prototyping new GTM initiatives, conducting structured experiments with actual pipeline data, and scaling successful strategies.
Employing Claude Code, Cursor, and other AI coding tools to develop custom automations, scripts, and lightweight applications designed to enhance GTM efficiency.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams to transform business requirements into automated processes while measuring the subsequent revenue impact.
Exploring new opportunities for AI applications within GTM functions, staying at the forefront of advancements and experimenting with innovations before they become mainstream.
Establishing communication processes, messaging frameworks, outreach sequences, and content systems that can be personalized at scale through AI.
Qualifications We Seek:
A minimum of 3–5 years of direct experience in B2B go-to-market roles, including business development, sales operations, growth, or revenue operations, with hands-on familiarity in customer segmentation, targeting, outbound strategy, and pipeline development.
In-depth, practical experience with a variety of AI tools and technologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
