As a team of 13 individuals currently, you'll be the 14th, playing a pivotal role in our growth journey.
Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate AI-native engineer who integrates AI into their development processes, rather than treating it as an afterthought. In this early-stage engineering role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence our product's development and contribute to strategic decisions regarding our technical framework, roadmap, and long-term vision.
This is a full-time position based at our San Francisco headquarters, where teamwork and innovation flourish.

Your Responsibilities
Rapidly develop 0 → 1 product features and iteratively refine them based on direct customer insights.
Design and implement systems that integrate LLMs and AI agents into fundamental workflows.
Manage complex multi-step AI systems (agents, evaluations, feedback loops, etc.).
Take complete ownership of features from conception to deployment and beyond.
Collaborate closely with the founders on product development, strategic direction, and technical choices.
Contribute to enhancing our engineering culture, tools, and overall efficiency.
Play a significant role in nurturing and mentoring our initial team.
Defining “AI-Native”
We expect you to be already utilizing tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex / OpenAI APIs or similar AI-assisted development practices as integral components of your software development methodology.
