Your Role
We are seeking a visionary Founding Product Manager to establish and lead our product function from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will connect with customers, collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams. You will represent the product externally, embody the voice of the customer internally, and partner closely with our engineering and design teams to prioritize, launch, and iterate on product features.
This is a highly impactful and ownership-driven position that will significantly influence our product roadmap, operational workflows, and long-term strategy.
Your Responsibilities
Convert customer business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications (PRDs, specs, tickets).
Transform Juicebox’s vision into tangible product features.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to spearhead projects from inception to completion.
Serve as the primary liaison for product feedback and requests, both internally and externally.
Engage regularly with customers to identify pain points, workflows, and unmet needs.
Balance the prioritization of bugs and features, considering immediate customer needs against long-term product goals.
Advocate for product priorities grounded in data, customer insights, and sound judgment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success teams to maintain strong feedback loops.
