As we expand, this role will be essential in scaling our physical environment. This position combines workplace management, employee engagement, and real estate support, making it perfect for someone who is passionate about cultivating a well-structured office and enhancing a positive onsite culture.Your responsibilities will include ensuring the office operates smoothly, assisting employees in their daily needs, managing vendor relationships and budgets, and collaborating with leadership on team and office growth initiatives. You'll also play an instrumental role in enhancing office culture through organizing events, gatherings, and shared experiences.Your ResponsibilitiesOffice & Workplace Operations: Oversee daily office functions to maintain a welcoming, efficient, and well-stocked environment.Manage dining programs, kitchen supplies, office inventory, and overall organizational structure.Collaborate with IT/AV teams to ensure onsite technology, conference room setups, and equipment are adequately supported.Act as the primary contact for office-related inquiries and issues.Contribute to a positive and efficient experience for employees onsite.Office Culture & Events: Champion office culture and employee experiences in our San Francisco location.Plan and execute regular onsite events, including monthly happy hours, team lunches, and special celebrations.Support company-wide events, offsites, and in-office programming.Foster an office atmosphere that promotes connection, collaboration, and a robust sense of community.Vendor & Budget Management: Identify, manage, and maintain relationships with vendors (cleaning, facilities, food, events, etc.).Monitor and manage workplace and event budgets, invoices, and expenses.
