What We Do
The Driver Operations team is dedicated to executing weekly in-vehicle testing, supporting cross-departmental development and validation efforts. Each week, we formulate a prioritized test plan based on incoming requests, timelines, and business needs. Our execution is characterized by stringent coordination and real-time communication to ensure test objectives are achieved and actionable feedback is promptly delivered. We are continuously on the move, conducting test cycles, facilitating special R&D initiatives, and representing our team in high-visibility projects for both internal and external stakeholders.
Our geographic reach is expanding through a blend of in-house testers and collaborations with professional service providers, currently covering the U. S., Germany, Japan, and the Philippines.
What You'll Do
To excel in this role, a robust foundation in automotive test coordination is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot both hardware and software systems, and a sound understanding of vehicle electronics, navigation, and mapping technologies. We are seeking an individual who is genuinely passionate about in-vehicle testing, thrives in real-world environments, and is eager to validate complex systems on the road. Comfort in hands-on work, whether driving or collaborating with drivers, is crucial, as is the ability to link field operations with internal teams to identify issues, ensure alignment, and promote continuous improvement. Experience in advanced development settings within OEMs is advantageous, as are keen observational skills and a commitment to quality delivery.
